Precautions before installation

<aside> ⚠️ Professional installation is recommended to consider wall material and proper drilling locations.

(For purchasers)

• To ensure safe use we recommend periodic inspections and installer inspections once a year. Over time deterioration and loosening of the bolts and screws may occur. If any defects are found, please repair or replace parts.

(For installers)

• Please install it where there is a base.
• If you have a plasterboard wall, make sure to attach it to the base behind the wall.
• For concrete, drill pilot holes and use concrete plugs to install.
• The safe load varies depending on the wall material. Please use an installation method that ensures sufficient strength.
• Please select screws, plugs, etc. according to the wall condition and install them based on the judgment of professionals regarding the safety of the installation location. </aside>

How to install

【For Metal Plates】

① Attach two acrylic spacers to the steel frame with double-sided tapes.

Remove the brown release paper from the acrylic spacers and attach them to the inside of the steel frame. Then, apply double-sided tapes to each acrylic spacer.

② Remove tape backing and attach the metal plate to the frame.

※ Pay attention to the orientation of the hanging part on the back. Carefully attach the frame and plate, ensuring that their top edges align properly.

【For Wooden Plates】

① Attach double-sided tapes directly to the steel frame.

Remove tape backing and attach double-sided tapes directly to the steel frame (no acrylic spacers for wooden plates).

② Remove tape backing and attach the wooden plate.

※ Pay attention to the orientation of the hanging part on the back. Carefully attach the frame and plate, ensuring that their top edges align properly.

<aside> ⚠️ Installation Precautions

• Apply Pressure: After attaching, apply sufficient pressure as it is a pressure-sensitive adhesive.
• Adhesion Time: It takes 24 hours for the tape to achieve its full adhesive strength.
• No Repositioning: Once applied, the tape cannot be repositioned. Removing it will compromise its adhesive properties. </aside>

③ Measure the horizontal and then drive two screws into the solid wall.

※ Please align the screws with the hole positions on the back side of the steel base (hole spacing: 160mm）

※Please drive the screws into the wall leaving about 2-3mm exposed.

④ Ensure the plate is securely attached with double-sided tape. Once confirmed, mount the frame by hooking the holes on the backside of the frame onto the screws on the wall.
